Invo takes away the headache of dealing with multiple suppliers of fixed line and mobile, by simply providing one point of contact for all your needs whatever the time of day may be.

If you factor the amount of time and hassle involved in sorting out tariffs, billing, equipment and the ongoing management of your needs then the administrative overhead can become painful.

At Invo we take that away by having a dedicated Account Manager who will help to manage all aspects of your telecoms needs. You have access to billing information at the click of a mouse through the billing portal.

Line Rental & Calls

We are happy to take ownership of any existing lines and provide new ones as required. We are able to provide all types of lines with excellent call rates and attractive discounts on the lines we provide. There is nothing to worry about as everything stays the same even the telephone number, the only change is that Invo become your service provider and that you receive just one bill.

We can provide standard PSTN, ISDN2, ISDN30 and SIP lines.

SIP Trunks

Offering more than just cost savings SIP Trunking is now widely accepted as the replacement for ISDN lines. SIP Trunks typically are delivered via broadband, ethernet or leased lines and can provide considerable business benefits. These include enhanced reporting, flexible capacity, value added applications (call recording and secure storage of all calls made on a SIP Truck). Automatic resilience improves business continuity but often the main drivers for businesses are the  reduced call and line rental costs. Ofcom Regulations

Invo Solutions and all other UK communications providers are regulated by Ofcom’s General Conditions Entitlement. (http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/telecoms/ga-scheme/general-conditions/ ). These regulations apply to anyone that provides an electronic communication service or electronic communication network.  See Condition 24 for further information on how providers can market and sell fixed line telephony services.
